Processing time
Original works: shipped within 1 week of ordering, after payment has cleared.
Commissions: after the process has begun, completion is estimated to be within 1 month.
Secure payments
All payments are processed securely, through trusted payment providers (SnapScan & bank transfer). Invoices for EFT/bank transfers will be sent directly via email for your convenience abd peace of mind.
Shipping
DHL is used for international shipments
All local shipping (within Cape Town) is FREE!
National shipping usually arrives within 7-10 business days
How do I purchase an artwork?
To purchase Original works please follow these simple steps:
Click "Enquire to Purchase" (on the page dedicated to your specific artwork of choice).
Fill out the form and submit!
I will be in contact within 3 business days with your invoice.
Once the payment has cleared, your artwork will be carefully packaged and sent on its way to you!
Return policy
Due to the unique and handmade nature of my work, all sales are final and I am unable to accept exchanges or refunds.
What can I expect the process to look like?
Fill out the Commission Request form and I will get back to you within 3 business days.
I will email you an invoice for the 50% deposit (payable by card or SnapScan)
I sketch out the composition according to your vision and specifications as laid out in the form and get your full approval. Once approval has been given, I will begin and send regular updates.
Once you are satisfied with the final product, the final 50% payment will be made. Upon payment confirmation, I will carefully package your artwork and ship it to you.
What is the estimated timeline for a commissioned piece?
Once you have submitted your request, I can give a more specific estimated shipping date and time line. My estimated turnaround time is 1 month depending on the size of the commission. (Smaller commissions are generally completed quicker)
Payment will be split between a 50% deposit upfront, and 50% upon completion, payable by card.
